Terms 5% BUY FEE ON THIS AUCTION. THIS BUY FEE WILL BE CALCULATED ON THE FINAL HIGH BID PRICE of EACH ITEM SOLD.

AUCTION PICKUP AND SETTLEMENT WILL BE: WEDNESDAY MARCH 25th from 10:00AM TO 4:00pm.or by appointment if your unable to be at the shop on Wednesday. Of course distant buyers will have more time to get items removed, but, keep in mind we must be completely out of this shop by close of business March 28TH. We do a couple preferred shippers here that we can get you in touch with should you need shipping on any of the items in this auction.

BRING THE INVOICE WITH YOU THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASES. WE ACCEPT CASH, PERSONAL & BUSINESS CHECKS FOR PAYMENT. PLEASE BRING BOXES, PACKING MATERIALS, TOOLS, TRAILERS AND TRUCKS......THANK YOU.

ONLINE AUCTION TERMS;

* 5% BUY FEE ON THIS AUCTION. THIS BUY FEE WILL BE CALCULATED ON THE FINAL HIGH BID PRICE of EACH ITEM SOLD. All sales are “as is – where is, no returns” with out exception. Auctioneers are not responsible for errors or incomplete information on any item selling in this auction. Please inspect the items that interest you and bid accordingly.
*. All purchases made will be paid for in US funds.

*. Payment will be made at the pickup location, which for this auction will be at THE SHOP located at: 8307 CAPTAIN SOELZER STREET, BLACK HAWK, SD
*. No items to be removed until paid for in full with cash, personal or Company check or money order.
Credit cards, cashier checks and paypal will NOT be accepted at this time.
*. All items are available to view during the auction.
*. All interested bidders must register on our registration page. Your online bidding number will be assigned by the system after your registration has been completed. The bidder number assigned by the system will be yours for this auction and future online auctions. Please keep your password safe and secure as you will need it each time you login to bid.
*. If anyone is unable to bid online or doesn’t have access to the internet, absentee and phone bids will be accepted and considered valid and binding bids and all auction terms will apply.
*. Items being shipped will be held until all funds have been received. We will accept funds in the form of cash, personal or company check and money order for these purchases. If you are paying with a check, your items will not ship until the check delivered to us has been honored. Additional shipping fees will apply as agreed by both parties.
*. Items will be available at the conclusion of the auction, we will email you an invoice with the hours of operation for pickup.
*. These terms and conditions of sale may change from time to time and you should not assume that each auction has the same terms. Each auction is different, which means the terms for each auction can vary.
*. Anyone not able to bid online, for any reason, is invited to contact us so that we can bid on your behalf via what we call “proxy bids”. Just because we are selling these items in this timed online auction setting, doesn’t mean you have been excluded form the process…..we are here to make sure that anyone wishing to bid will be able to do so.
